A. Yes we are. All of our vehicles and drivers have all of the licenses and permits required by the Italian law.

Q. Will there be other people in the vehicle with us?
A. No, we only feature private tours and transfers which includes your party only. However, you may want to add people you meet during your vacation. This may also lower your rate per person, because our prices are generally quoted per vehicle.

Q. Can I smoke in your vehicles?
A. All of our vehicles are non-smoking, but if required, your chauffeur can make a stop whenever you would like.

Q. Are entry tickets to the Colosseum/Roman Forum and to the Vatican Museums pre-paid and pre-booked?
A. Yes, entrance tickets to the main highlights of Rome (i.e. Colosseum, Roman Forum, Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel) are pre-paid and pre-booked so as to avoid all major lines!

Q. How do I make a reservation with Italy's Best Limo?
A. If you wish to secure a reservation with Italy's Best Limo, you will just need to provide us with your credit card information and telephone number.
Payments can be made in cash (Euros) or Traveller's cheques at the end of service. The credit card is used to guarantee your reservation and will be charged only for "No-Shows". Once we have received your reservation form we will e- mail you a confirmation of your booking.
