CANCELLATION POLICY
CONTRACT
Italy’s Best Limo is not responsible for missed or canceled flights resulting from decisions made by the airline, nor is it liable for any damage to client baggage due to the client’s choice of vehicle. Italy’s Best Limo and their professional drivers have the right to refuse any passenger with excess baggage that would cause the vehicle to be unsafe (accordingly, please be sure to book the appropriate size of vehicle if you plan to carry excess baggage – minibuses and vans have more space for excess baggage).
WAITING TIME

Our rates for airport transfers with meet and greet service include up to 60 minutes of waiting time after the client’s flight has officially landed. An additional cost will be charged for any additional time over 1 hour that our driver must wait for a client, including any additional parking fees.

If we are picking up for a transfer to the airport and the driver is made to wait more than a reasonable amount past the agreed-upon pick-up time, the client may incur a charge for this additional waiting time. The fare will vary if additional stops or pickups are requested on the way to the airport, and you may inquire with our office or the driver as to any applicable extra charges.
CANCELLATION
The client will be charged for the full amount of any services booked if they do not notify Italy’s Best Limo more than 72 hours in advance of the booking to effect a cancellation. In the event of a missed flight, flight cancellation by the airline, or flight diversion to a different airport, you must contact us as soon as you are aware of these changes or risk being fully charged for the booking. Please give our office enough notice so that we may accept other reservations and allocate them to our drivers. In the event of a client’s cruise ship not reaching the pier due to bad weather, the client will not be held responsible and therefore
NO CHARGE will be processed on their credit card. If the client is a no-show, however, they will be charged the full amount of their booked services.

In the highly unlikely event that this occurs, we guarantee to arrange and cover all costs associated with the client’s accommodations, meals and transportation to the next port of call.
AIRPORT ARRIVAL MEETING INSTRUCTIONS
After collecting your baggage and clearing customs at the airport, make your way to the information desk of the flight terminal where you will meet your driver. He will be holding a sign with your name. From the time your flight touches down to when you physically meet your driver usually takes approximately 45 minutes. Thus your driver arrives to wait for you in your terminal 45 minutes after your flight is scheduled to land. In the event that you arrive to the meeting point early, please wait or give us a call. Conversely, if you expect to arrive to the meeting point later than 45 minutes after your flight due to extra time at the baggage claim or other delays, please notify us by calling one of the following numbers, +39 339 108 2339, +39 339 101 8433 or +39 392 905 0435, or ask a customs police officer to allow you to temporarily exit to let your driver know you are running late. Please be advised that your driver is not allowed in the baggage claim area so must await you outside the exit. If you miss your flight or experience a significant delay, please contact us at the numbers provided above. If you do not advise us of a delay, your driver will not wait more than one hour after the landing of your flight. Any time after 1 hour may incur additional charges. In the event you do not notify us of a missed or cancelled flight, you will be charged for the full amount of the services you booked with Italy’s Best Limo.
CRUISE ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

If you have booked a shore excursion with Italy’s Best Limo, your driver will await you at the gangway of your ship, right where you disembark. He will be holding a sign with your name. If you disembark earlier than the agreed-upon time and do not see your driver, do not panic! INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Our rates for shore excursion tours include a private car or van and professional English-speaking driver that will provide commentary from the vehicle, but will not accompany you inside visited sites. Here we would like to clarify the differences between a driver guide and a tour guide. It is to your advantage when booking a private tour to be sure to understand these differences and know in advance what you are paying for.
A tour guide has a license, usually issued by the state / country, and has attended school to learn about the various sites where they conduct tours. They are granted special permission to enter historical sites with you and educate you about them. Naturally, their services cost more.
A driver guide is not licensed, has not attended "guide" school, and thus is not permitted inside historical sites as a guide. As a result, driver guide services are less expensive than those of a tour guide. Many drivers are just as well-versed as the guides in the history of the various sites and areas where they may take you. The difference is that they can only provide commentary from the vehicle so you are on your own once you enter the sites.
Rates do not include any admission fees, food, drinks or gratuities unless stated otherwise.
A strict dress code is enforced at religious sites so please make sure shoulders and knees are covered during your visit. If you have booked a tour of the Vatican Museums with a guide, please be advised that your fast-track tickets do not ensure that you will avoid all lines, they simply shorten your waiting times. We always do everything we can to shorten waiting times for clients.

A booked service is considered confirmed upon receipt of valid credit card details. This credit card information is used solely to secure your reservation and will not be charged. The card will only be charged in the event of a no-show. The amount of the no-show charge will be equal to the total cost of the booked service. Please return our credit card authorization form via email or fax to +39 069 337 4136 to confirm your booking.
