DESCRIPTIONOne of our professional drivers will pick you up at the airport and transport you to your destination in a luxury vehicle. You will meet your driver outside of customs after baggage claim where he will be waiting for you, holding a sign with your name.
To ensure a seamless transfer service, please provide the following details:
➢ The name of your arrival airport, specific flight details, number of people in your party, quantity of luggage (indicate number of large suitcases and carry-ons), and name and address of your hotel in Rome
➢ Please also provide us with a cell phone number for a member of your group in case we need to be in contact

➢ Please do not leave airports, ports or pick-up locations without calling our toll free or office numbers to help you locate your driver. Toll free 800.984.757 - office 342.125.0889 - 347.0394.094 or toll free 1-866-783-0512 for U.S. cells with roaming.
➢ Your driver will wait for 1 hour (after your flight lands) allowing you to clear customs and immigration (no extra charge for this standard wait period). If you experience any delays at baggage claim, please let us know by calling one of the included numbers above and we will make sure that your driver continues to wait for you, even if the standard wait time is exceeded.
➢ We may also try calling you (at the cell number provided). If we do not receive notice of your arrival within 1 hour and 10 minutes of your plane landing, your driver will need to leave the airport. If you contact us we can try to provide a vehicle as soon as possible or you will have to find other means of transportation and will be charged for a "No Show".
➢ If you do not cancel within the designated timeframe, you will be responsible for paying a pre-determined “no show” fee.
➢ We do not charge credit cards. The credit card information requested is only to secure your reservation.
➢ Once you have filled out a reservation form you are legally bound to a contract with our company.
➢ Reservations placed with invalid credit cards or without necessary funds available to guarantee requested services will not be confirmed.
➢ You will be requested to provide a valid credit card.
➢ All requests to modify preexisting reservations must be made via email at least 24 hours prior to service.
➢ If you do not see a transfer that fits your needs, please contact us for different destinations and rates. We will be happy to provide you with our best options.
